Beyonce & Jay Z Are Reportedly Looking at $85 Million Mansion
Just one day after it was reported that Diddy scooped up an impressive $40 million Holmby Hills mansion, TMZ reports that Jay Z and Beyonce are seriously looking at a mega-mansion in L.A. themselves. However, the Hip-Hop power couple's potential new home is worth $85 million, more than twice what Diddy paid.
So, what does $85 million get you for an L.A. crib? For starters, the cliffside manor offers some of the sickest views possible of Malibu and downtown Los Angeles, which can be caught from the expansive infinity pool. In addition, there are 8 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, and a 16-car attached garage that separates from the downstairs living room with a large glass panel.
A real estate source tells TMZ that Jay and Bey viewed the house twice during a recent stay in L.A., which has many believing that they could possibly scoop up the impressive home.

Trey Songz & Mila J Are Reportedly Dating
R&B's hottest singers are reportedly an item.
According to E! News, Trey Songz and Mila J are dating. Sources confirmed with E! after the two were seen at the Compound Foundation's Fostering a Legacy benefit in NYC on Friday.
While Mila and Trey arrived to the benefit separately, the two kept close all night and even shared a kiss.
Mila, 30, and Trey, 29, have a long-lasting friendship. Besides knowing each other for close to 10 years, they worked together on the track,"Disrespectful" for Trey's latest album, Trigga.The "NaNa" singer posted the photo above on Instagram with the caption, "She's so fine."

Kevin Hart was called out by Vine star DCYoungFly, and instead of ignoring him, the "Let Me Explain" star called out the Atlanta-based comedian with a series of epic hashtags. DCYoungFly began by posting an Instagram video, ripping Kev's height, among other attributes.
It didn't take long before the "Ride Along" star posted a photo of DCYoungFly with the caption:

DIDDY AND HIS $40 MILLION ESTATE
Diddy is moving up the ranks of elite L.A. homeowners ... because TMZ has learned he just closed escrow on a $40 million estate in one of the most exclusive parts of the city.
The mogul now owns a European villa in Holmby Hills -- near where Michael Jackson died.
The estate has 8 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. The main house is 17,000 square feet with a 3,000 square foot guesthouse. And, there's a separate spa house that has a steam room, massage room and beauty salon.
Of course the lagoon-style pool has a grotto.
The home is brand new ... built 6 months ago.
Diddy, with the help of mega-realtor Kurt Rappaport, was on the hunt for an L.A. home for years

Big Sean Signs with Jay Z - Roc Nation
Big Sean has officially signed with Roc Nation.
Jay Z's management firm welcomed Big Sean Thursday evening with announcement via Twitter.
Roc Nation currently houses some of the biggest names in the music industry including J. Cole, Shakira, Kanye West, Meek Mill, Rihanna, DJ Mustard and more.
While many fans believed the rapper dennounced his G.O.O.D. Music family, Sean confirmed he was still signed to the label on Instagram.
