Ferris Bueller - NO DAYz OFF

Biography :
In a world where biting and sounding like someone else is prevalent, emerges two emcees with the ability to stand out in an industry oversaturated with copy cats. Influenced by the greats such as Andre 3000, Pimp C, Too Short, etc., they have combined their individual sounds to form one unique collaboration known as Ferris Bueller. Similar to a modern day “UGK”, the tales from the streets of Atlan...ta differs from your normal everyday rapper’s tale since the average rapper haven’t lived the life that he raps about. Although filled with hard times and heartache, the music is more of a relief. Ferris Bueller explores the fun side of the street life while also letting you know the dangers that await you.

The new mixtape “No Dayz Off” helps you get into the mindset of Ferris Bueller. Here are two highly accoladed emcees bringing their gritty styles together to paint images of success from struggle onto canvases of oversaturated redundancy. With songs like “Splash” talking about getting duped out your money because you don’t understand the lingo of the streets. Another song “Trickin Off” is just telling the story of a man taking his hard earned money and spending it on what ever he wants, not necessarily spending it all on women. The lead single “Shooters” is expressing how everyone is in six degrees of separation and you may know someone but hey, I just may know the same person.

Ferris Bueller may just be what HIP HOP needs to survive in a world where records are no longer being sold. The world needs superstars and with the oversaturation of our industy a “Star” may be hard to come by, but Ferris Bueller jus may be what this galaxy is looking for
